江苏移动面试小小结（希望对今后群殴的有所帮助）

1）开始的时候一定要选个好点的位置，偏中间的比较好，很容易获得leader 和presentation得机会；
2）勤于记录，总结大家说话时的内容和不足的地方，并及时补充（当沦为配角的时候愈发重要）；
3）注意说话的时候，要正视hr,要注意条例清晰，比如加上一、二、三...会显得思路清晰，给hr留下好印象；
4）需保持自己思维的严谨性，切忌给自己挖坑，HR还是很敏锐的，如果被问到自己的漏洞，很容易越陷越深；
