8人，环桌，10分钟读case（英文），35分钟讨论（中文），20分钟演示（英文）会发白纸一张，笔自带，case在过程中保留可翻看，结束后与纸一起留桌上，过程中面官不打断、不回答任何问题 我们组4男4女题目是为一个telecommunication的制造类型企业做strategic recommendation5点，目标是加快它产品投入市场的速度。 case book三页，第一页告诉你背景情况和核心价值；第二页是小组要求；第三页是任务和演讲要求。 过程中反映出来的问题是最后演讲时由于大家都比较紧张，发挥不到位，没有将讨论时的观点完整的表述清楚，最后还被面官要求补充几点。 以上 [ 本帖最后由 staystray 于 2008-11-3 16:43 编辑 ]
