请教大家关于汇率问题的理解
  假如这到汇率题是以欧元为本位币的，涉及US Dollar， Pound Sterling， Japanese Yen， Swiss France
Q1：Which currency strengthened the least against the Euro between Year 1 and Year 2?
              解法既为： 每种货币的 （Value Year 2/ Value Year 1)-1
Q2: Between Year 1 and Year 2, the value of Pound Sterling in relation to the Euro, moved ()?
             解法即为：将单位货币换算成对应的 Europe，然后计算Europe 两年价值的变化
两题中 against the Euro 和 in relation to the Euro 应分别怎样理解呢？谢谢了:-)

第一个是兑换成欧元，第一年和第二年兑换的钱，哪个增值得最少？
第二个是Pound Sterling 兑换成欧元，第一年和第二年价值发生了什么变化？

如果这样理解的话，假如问Pound Sterling 兑换成欧元的价值变化岂不是和第二种应该一个算法？（1/PS Year 2 Value -1/PS Year 1 Value）/(1/PS Year 1 Value)?
