刚做完corporate client solutions, Beijing和corporate center, Shanghai的video interview。所有里问题都是论坛里提到过的，所以都有所准备。但是唯一不足的是，一面对摄像头就紧张，还紧张到卡壳
下面是我归纳几个问题：

1. what have you learned about UBS during your application process； 2. what are UBS strengths with respect to CCS； 3. what are the challenges which are likely to occur with a potential M&A； 4. please describe what you believe your role and lifestyle will be as an analyst； 5. two strengths and one weakness that would apply to work within ccs； 6. what career goal you set for yourself? how do you define success； 7. describe a time explaining a complex concept to the colleague； 8. How you manage competing priorities； 9. Describe a time u had to change your plan last minute
10. Any further comments.
corporate center, Shanghai 1. What do you understand about the role you‘ve applied for? 2. How would your colleagues /teammates describe your collaboration style? 3. Tell me about a time when you received difficult feedback. What was the situation and what did you do about it? 4. Tell me about a time that had to explain something complicated to someone who had limited knowledge of the topic. How did you go about doing this? How do you know if the person understood you? 5. Tell me about a time that you worked especially hard. What aspect of the situation motivated you to work hard? What elements of the situation did you find de-motivating? What was the result of your hard work? 6. Tell me about a recent business news story that grabbed your attention. Why do you think this story is important? How do you think this story will evolve now and why do you think this? 7. Why do you think you are a good fit for this area? 8. You now have 2 minutes to add any further comments you may have.
