Staying Cutting Edge.
ZS celebrated its tenth anniversary in 1993 in Estes Park, Colorado. Of particular note was the mountain bike outing, which turned into a true test of endurance and, as usual, revealed the competitive yet friendly spirit of ZS’ers.
That same year, Andy and Prabha unveiled their new sales force effectiveness and productivity framework at a ZS Friday Forum. Since that time, this framework and future versions have been leveraged extensively by ZS teams in pharma, MPS and PI to help clients determine their key issues and improve their business performance.
The firm also created ongoing, long-term projects for the first time, with a data warehouse (the Sales and Marketing Information Center, or “SMIC”) for S Company, and a range of analytical services, based on a data warehouse, for M Company. These projects were the genesis for ZS's services in client capability building and outsourcing.
ZS’ers have continuously developed new ideas to help companies succeed – always returning to the firm’s foundation of innovation, application and client service.
