填空部分是一些时世题，如：我国有多少网民，三个代表、北京申奥什么的。 还有是记者的一些常识性的问题：如我国第一个以写新闻通讯出名的记者是谁？蔡元培曾经夸奖过的记者是谁？
选择题范围与填空基本一样，包括时政和新闻知识：如深度采访的实质，记者的职业道德等。
简答题就比较专业了。一道是你参加一条高速公路的开通典礼，如何在记者会上发的新闻通稿之外写出会上没说的内容。一道是你去一个单位采访，但没有任何该单位的证件、邀请函之类东西，你如何骗过门卫混进去。第三道是有几家香水公司都想让你说好话，就是做软新闻了，你该如何处理。第四道是A明星与B明星不和，你如何报道A骂B的话而又不能让B告你诽谤。
写作题是以“今年冬天不太冷”为题任意想象，加叙加议。
还有五道智力测验：如何喝道啤酒杯底部的啤酒、汽车过隧道但高2厘米该怎么办、你吃苹果时吃到几条虫最恶心之类，10只点燃的蜡烛，让风吹灭了2只，后来在关窗户前又吹灭1只。问最后还有几支。

随着企业对人力资源的重视，人才选拔测试的方式也就日益多样化，虽然笔试并不是什么新东西，但是如今的笔试早已脱离了原本专业考察的目的，而转向综合素质的测评，包括语言，思维，性格，逻辑，数学，自然科学等等，可谓五花八门，有的人又戏称为升级版的公务员考试。那么如何顺利闯过笔试环节，我认为这里面还是很有学问的。 (一) 打造考前核心双核 任何事情都得提前准好准备，应付起来才能得心应手。笔试一样，虽然题目千奇百怪，但是我们长期接受的应试教育也有它好的一面—善于总结出题规律，所以多做些笔试外的功夫，必定能获得好的成绩。 （1）熟悉公务员考试 这里说的熟悉，不是指熟悉公务员制度，而是指像考公务员一样去准备笔试。我们知道， 很多企业的笔试题目以及类别分布跟公务员的综合能力测试题目几乎完全一样，一些数字推理，语言能力甚至就是公务员考试的原题；同时，包括一些主观题的写作也就是申论的要求，所以我们完全可以把公务员考试看作是笔试的模拟题。所以我建议，大家在笔试之前，最好花大功夫熟悉并练习这些题目，找出这些题目的解题规律，那么我相信在笔试的时候，你就会发现题目是如此的简单。举个例子，我们班曾经做过一个企业的笔试题目，目前正在准备公务员考试的同学能够在规定的时间内答完题，而且成绩在70分左右，而我们没有任何准备的同学几乎不能完成（除非乱填），而且均分在55左右，所以对比可想而知。 （2）了解企业状况 所谓知己知彼，方能百战不殆。在笔试题目中，企业为了了解应聘者是否清晰的知道企业的愿景，战略，目前的经营状况，以及为何选择该企业，都会在主观题目中有所体现。所以在笔试之前，抽时间了解企业目前的状况，所处的发展阶段，在行业中的位置以及发展目标，这不仅仅是在为笔试准备，对你的面试也是大有裨益的。 （二）考试中需要注意的问题 考试我们经历了太多，很多值得我们重视的地方大家都明了。这里跟大家分享的主要是 笔试中不同于其他考试需要注意的问题，别小看这些细节，有可能就成为你是否进入面试的关键。 （1）时间上要有所重点 不同的人对不同的题目会有不同的反应，有些人擅长逻辑，有些人喜欢数学。但笔试是综合的，不可能每个题目都会得心应手，遇到自己不擅长的，不要在上面过于纠结，跳过做较容易的，保证成功率，使分数不要太难看。其实在笔试中分数并不是唯一的评价标准，分数只是参考，Hr还会综合你的简历以及主观题来确定你是否进入下一轮。所以只要分数不会太难看，希望都是很大的。所以千万不要觉得自己做得不好就放弃后面的题目，这是十分不可取的； （2）重视主观题 前面我已经提到，Hr会综合主观题再来决定。没有主观题的笔试会综合简历，但这是少数。一般来说，企业的笔试主观都是重点，虽然从分数分布上来看并不见得。为什么企业会重视主观，我想是个人都知道，这里也不阐述了。我在协助企业笔试的时候，负责了部分试卷的批改，但只是限定在客观上。主观题目都是Hr亲自上阵，一些同学的主观答案很让他们兴奋，并且直接考虑进入面试，所以我认为笔试的主观题目是关键。即使你客观发挥不好，只要主观题目出色也是很有希望的。举个例子，我曾经批一个人的试卷，客观题是全场700人中第二高的，但是他没能进入下一轮，原因就在于他的主观答案让Hr惨不忍睹。 （3）性格测试答案不要模棱两可 在一些笔试中会设计性格测试，这些题目看似没有答案，其实确实也有答案，所以大家都会按照自己的认识去选。诚然，对于HR来说，他希望我们如实作答，可是有一点大家应该注意，对于一些不确定性的答案，我的意见是不要去选，因为太多的不确定性选项会让Hr觉得你这个人没有什么主见，比较中庸。这一点我倒是没有找HR们应证。但一些找工作的同学还是比较认同的； （4）笔试题目要站在企业的角度思考 在参与批卷的过程中，出于专业习惯，我会特别关注大家都容易出错的地方。在这一过程中，我发现难倒大家的不是需要如何计算的数字题，也不是语法多么复杂的英文，大家错得最多的恰恰是一些原本以外很简单的情景模拟题。给我印象最深的是这样一个题目： 时下，公司之间互相对人才“挖墙角”，员工集体“跳槽”的现象经常发生，对于这种现象，从人力资源管理角度。哪种观点是最有道理的？ A．“良禽择木而栖”，这种现象很正常 B．人才也是一种资本，也应与其它资源一样能够在市场上自由流动 C．这只能说明被“挖墙角”，被“跳槽”的公司管理不善，留不住人才 D．这些离开公司的员工缺乏职业道德 当时这道题目的正确率不超过5%，我当时的选择是B，当然也是错误的。其实这四个答案都是合理的，但是就看你从哪个角度来看，我的角度是从人力资源管理专业的角度去看，认同人力资本的流动性。很多同学选择了C,他们是跳出企业来找问题。可是企业认同的答案却是D，理由则是我们希望应聘者站在企业的角度去看这问题，就把你自己当成真正的HR来看待。虽然从某种角度来看，这道题有些牵强，可是似乎也给了我们一个思路：我们应该拼弃我还是一个学生的想法，作为一个即将踏入社会的社会人，我们应该学会从企业的角度去思考问题。 （5）关于霸王笔 其实从HR角度来讲，他们是极其不喜欢霸王笔的，一是增加了他们的时间成本，二是他们不想破坏规则，三是操作上的一些困难。当然，作为我们，都希望自己能够有再一次的机会去证明自己。所有我的建议是，如果简历不幸被淘汰或者其它原因没有获得笔试资格的，但你又十分原因进入这个企业或是行业，那么就不要放弃。审查不严的笔试，直接坐下来考试；要检查的场次，找HR说明自己的情况，这时请一定带上简历。我想总会有HR会因为你的诚恳和执著给你机会的。当然如果实在不行，就不要太较真，不然既耽误了自己的时间也闹得双方不开心，这就有些太不值得了。 笔试是人才测评中很重要的环节，不要抱着无所谓或是凭rp的态度去对待，那样即对不起自己，又浪费了别人的机会。在笔试中良好的发挥，会给Hr留下好的印象，那么下一环节中，对大家一定是大大的帮助。
