Starwood offers a Management Training program for graduates that exposes you to the people, places and practices that will set the foundation for success throughout your career. The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to give you a strong foundation to prepare you for long-term success as a leader with Starwood and your training will give you a well-rounded understanding of the hotel and your chosen field. The design and length of the program will create a strong building block from which to learn and grow and to ensure you will make contributions to the job and add value to our organization.
Trainees concentrate in a choice of Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Management & Information Technology. The training program combines practical experience with professional development, mentoring, and a rotation through operations and support departments. The length of training varies from 12 to 18 months depending on discipline.

There is always the same error happen during application process, like following messages, could not go ahead.
A system error has occurred.Please do as follows to correct the problem:

1- Verify the version of your Internet browser. The minimum requirements are Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape Navigator 7, Firefox 1.0, or AOL 7. Free browser upgrades are available at support@taleo.com, {1}, {2}, and {3}.

2- Close all your Internet browsers.

3- Open your Internet browser and apply again on the job. Avoid using Back and Forward buttons; use the " Next > " button instead.

4- If the problem persists, please visit {4}.
