一直在论坛潜水，今天也来贡献一篇。

新加坡时间下午3点的电话，手机响起的时候小惊讶了一下，因为我有发邮件让他们打宅电。虽然这个MM的发音很标准，但声音还是有点轻。她说能很清楚听到我说的，我想那就这样吧。

上问题 (不能确切的记住原题，大概意思就这样）：
How you konw about IB industry, what you commit to know about IB industry?
Why Barclays?
Why the position you applied?
What you can contribute to the position?
Recent development of IB?
News about Barclays?
How do you deal with an unsatisfied outcome?
How you deal with conflicts in a team?

差不多就这样了，20分钟的时间真的太短太赶，问题出来来不及想就得马上答。有的明明准备了当时却没反应过来就在那儿说了，就会有结巴。大家还是多准备吧！
