我是昨天面试的London Office NatWest Front Office的summer internship，面经新鲜出炉。

因为今年的疫情原因，所以原本要到伦敦办公室进行的AC今年全部在线上进行了。本人现在人在国内，面试AC的时间为下午5点到晚上12点半。

早上有两个interview一个是competency based一个是banking based。
- competency based
主要是strength based interview，重点不是考过往经历，而是考你的potential。个人觉得准备好自己的经历以及经历里面凸显出的自己的特质还是很重要，natwest很看中4个core value，要对这几个value熟悉。
大概问到的问题有：1. what would you do if there's a sudden change happens in your original plan?   
                             2. where do you see yourself 5 years later?
                             3. have you done some right things?
                             4. A situation where you need to convince others to use your way of thinking.

- banking based
这个非常的不technical，考到的问题都是跟financial derivatives这类毫不相关的，这个在我看来非常motivational
问题：1. why natwest comparing to other banks?
         2. why banking?
         3. what do you think the banking industry would be like 5 years later?
         4. any innovative ideas you could think of in changing the current trading/banking business?
         5. what is the career other than banking would you choose?
         6. what are the drawbacks can you think of in asking people to volunteer?

伦敦时间中午是有一个小时的junior colleague的分享，这部分应该是不会assess的

下午是90分钟的一个收购案的分析以及和team的meeting（这里的team不是一个group project，是另外两个面试官，大概就是一个presentation然后被追加问题这样）
那个acquisition真的难到爆！！！！！90分钟要看的material大概有20页+写4个question（大概就是这个收购案我们要不要帮client做，pros and cons，possible risk）
presentation是15分钟大概说一下overview，pros and cons，recommendation。然后就开始进入面试官的无限问题环节。
当时大概是国内11点半，我整个人的脑子已经是不转的状态了。有一两个问题都听差了（感觉这里当时没有跟面试官再次confirm这一点做的不是很好），1个小时左右的夺命连环问以后，整个AC就结束了

总的来说感觉做的不是特别好。能不能有offer就听天由命吧！希望求职季能快点over。希望这个对大家有帮助！
