法国巴黎银行(BNP)2010网申流程说明（含Open Question）

这几天有些忙哦，今天才看到BNP2010校园招聘的启动信息，就直接去网申了~ 分享一下我的网申过程吧:110)

step 1：进入BNP职位搜索引擎（BNP Paribas Search Engine）
           在“Region”选项中选择“Asia”，在“Country”选项中选择“China”，“City"选项中选自己想去的位置，然后点击“Search”按钮
           我选的是Shanghai,搜索出来的职位有两个：Corporates Group Asia-Sales ，Institutional Clients Group Asia-Sales
           然后就只好二选一啦，我选的是前者，直接点击就行啦～


Step 2:选择应聘职位之后，会出现职位介绍的信息，点击下面的“Apply Now”,便会出现用户登录或注册信息，建议大家使用gmail的邮箱注册哦～
          注册完之后，可以看到职位申请的基本要求(Minimum Requirements)，这个就很好选啦～


Step 3: 接下来就是基本信息的填写了，包括Careers Choice, Personal Details, Equal Opportunities三个部分，我就直接上图吧～


Personal Details 包括 Name Information 和 Contact Information 两部分，只需仔细填写即可；
Equal Opportunities 包括 Ethnic Origin(这个也可以不填，老外很懂隐私权哦～），Age Range, Gender 三部分。

这些填完了之后就可以看到邀请函了，接着点击页面左边的“Next Stage”，将革命继续进行下去～:72)


Step 4：接下来就是八个小版块的信息填写，包括：Secondary Education, Education Information, Languages, Technology Skills, Work Exprience, Competency Questions, Additional Information, Sources. 不多说了，还是上几张图吧～

Pride & Passion

Why have you applied for this role with BNP Paribas? You should outline your rationale for applying to the particular bussiness area and what qualities you believe make you particularly suited to this role. (250 words max)


Dare & Share

Outline a time when you have had to put in additional effort or "go the extra mile" in order to achieve results. What motivated you to put in additional effort and how did you insure that you produced a good result? (250 words max)


Push & Pull

Outline when you have had to work with others to achieve a goal.  What did you do to help the team work well together? What were the challenges or obstacles you had to overcome? (250 words max)

最后一个Additional Information 就是“Have you or are you currently working at BNP Paribas?”
有很多选项的，大家根据自己的实际情况选一个就OK啦～
