Position: Pricing Quality Controller
Property: Full Time

Responsibilities:
1.Carry out regular checking including City Competitor Price Survey ,Shelf Tag and display of Stores;
对竞争对手价格市调工作,门店价签及陈列管理工作进行日常检查和监督;
2.Responsible for city pricing quality control report and communicate findings with city pricing team and stores;
负责完成城市价格质量控制报告并与城市价格部及各门店进行沟通;
3.Help to do national pricing quality control report;
协助出具价格质量控制的全国报告;
4.Assist Regional Internal Control Manager’s daily work.
协助区域内控经理的日常工作.

Location:

Reporting Line: Internal Control Manager

Candidate Profile:
1.Above college degree
大专以上学历
2.Strong reporting writing and presentation skills
良好的报告和表述能力
3.Able to work under pressure, and work independently
能够在压力下独立开展工作
4.Be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通能力和自我激励
5.Willing to travel.
能够出差
7.Good English (oral & written)
良好的英语表达能力(口语和书面)

Pricing Quality Controller is working directly under the Internal Control Team helps Carrefour China keep a high quality & good price imaging by doing the daily price survey in our competitor’s store & Carrefour stores & communicate the problems regarding to pricing area by report. Also Pricing Quality Controller needs assistant regional Internal Control manager’s daily work; get to be trained for how to do the internal control in other working area, to be a potential Internal Control Trainee.
价格控制专员是直接有家乐福的内部控制部门领导的通过日常在竞争对手和家乐福门店的价格调查, 并及时与门店沟通调查中发现的问题, 来帮助维护公司高品质的价格形象。同时价格控制专员又需要协助区域内部控制经理的日常工作,作为一个潜在的见习内部控制人员来得到系统的培训, 以提高自己的技能。

What we can offer for the new comer:
Carrefour China has a systemic training program for each new comer to get to know the company’s daily operation & even the whole industry. All Pricing Quality Controller will get very detailed training to improve their skills on:
1)        risk identification: identified the risks in company pricing area;
2)        Report skill: how to make a simple & clear report, statistic skills
3)        Communication Skill: to communicate with people from different level (normal employees to Senior Manager of the company);
4)        Logistical skills: train to think things logistically & learn the good summarize skills;
5)        Pricing knowledge: company pricing policy,government pricing policy.

公司能给每位新进价格控制专员提供的有:
一套系统的培训,帮助大家了解公司各部门的日常运作,进而了解整个零售业。 所有的价格控制专员都有非常具体培训以提高大家在下列各方面的能力:
1)        分辨风险能力:分辨在零售业价格管理的过程中面临的各种风险
2)        报告能力: 如何制作简洁清楚的报告,统计学技巧;
3)        沟通能力: 练习并掌握与不同级别人员的沟通能力( 从公司的普通员工到高级管理人员)
4)        逻辑能力:锻炼以逻辑的思维思考问题并且学会好的总结归纳能力
5)        价格知识:公司的价格政策,国家关于价格方面的法律法规.
