笔试 2011_05．14周六 最后一场19：30 上外（火车站坐3号线3站路） 机考，有计时，可以不戴表，带好计算器。大概提前十分钟检查身份证入场，发半张草稿纸，会指定一个电脑，坐下后输入信息（预先背熟网申号） 中文的verbal和numerical，加一篇托福作文 两大部分 第一部分中文类似shl的题，计时以四题为一个单位，每四题三分钟。这一部分又分为三块，每块开始有练习，不计时。第一块好像是图表分析，因为是机考，不能像平时练习那样在原题上圈圈画画，所以很不习惯。这一点平时一定要注意，有意识地让自己不在原题上做记号，不光pwc，kpmg也是不允许在原题上做记号的。建议练习熟练些，考试的时候直接按计算器会比较快，不在草稿纸上多写。题目比kpmg简单不少，平时练练行测就好。 第二块貌似是中文verbal，就是给一段话，后面有四个小题，问你以下哪个是对的（错的），文中的词语可以用以下哪个替换，这句话根据文章内容是对的错的还是无法判断。 第三块是图形推理，很晕啊，建议多做做行测训练训练，虽说不太一样，但思维会快些。很多人这块做得不好的。因为到第四题时间会不够，建议先选答案再做题，防止做到一半还没选答案，时间到了自动跳了。 第二部分是一篇托福作文，250字 考试之前看了两天作文，背背套路，练练机打就好了。基本是从题库里抽的，我的题目是：recent investigation said that: the crime rate of young women is increasing ,why ? solution 考试前要从题库里找几篇写一下，会好很多。 附题库： 1_ with communication and ……（忘记了，对不住） development，整个世界都变得越来越相像了，说说你们国家在这方面的表现。 2_Topic：Someone believe that the government give the freedom to creative artists to express

Yours sincerely, Graduate Recruitment Team PricewaterhouseCoopers 虽然邮件没说，穿正装还是必要的，可以带衣服或高跟鞋到大楼一楼厕所换，由于我的鞋跟只有三四公分，走路无压力，就穿着去啦。 到得早了，先在一楼休息一会（有座椅的），然后八点四十左右上六楼，领个表格和名牌（别在胸前的），表格填好后和所有复印件一起上交。名牌上有一会ac的房间名字和队伍（red or blue）我是庐山房间蓝队的（room Mt Lu, team blue）,一个房间十个人，分为两队。这个时候可以先找找队员互相熟悉下，等排队检查好原件后（九点半左右），就会提醒我们去对应的房间。 房间里有一个主持人（我们是assurance assistant），还有一个HR和一个TAX MANAGER。 两队分别围坐在两个桌子前，桌上放着5支铅笔和一叠纸，进房间前不需要带任何东西进去的。我们队是一个上财本，同济本，上财研，还有我南大本。有个复旦的同学始终没出现，大家等了一会后，主持人说开始，我们就是4vs5了。 主持人用英语讲完流程和要求后，每人30s的英文自我介绍，姓名，英文名，学校，专业就可以了。英文名最好简洁好念，不然队友很难记，在此鸣谢帮我起英文名的某童鞋\(^o^)/~。然后HR和manager 就搬椅子分别坐到了两张桌子边，看我们讨论。 接着就直接分发案例材料，没有ice breaking，可能是因为招实习生吧，不是那么正式。材料分别装在五个信封里，每份材料的背景和要求是一样的，最后有一部分内容是每个人不同的，需要组员分享信息并讨论，并且不能让大家看到。 因为我们组少一个人，需要有一位同学看两份材料。我当时也不知道哪来的勇气，就说我来看两份材料吧，小心脏抖得不行。材料是全英文的，关于丰田汽车的效率和成本，材料要求红队观点是可以通过各种措施降低成本，提高效率，我们队的观点是效率已经达到最优，任何降低成本的行为都会影响质量，需要用所给的各个事件来支持论证这个观点。 30分钟讨论，我们先花5分钟看各自材料，任何讨论15分钟，最后留十分钟总结交流，准备presentation。我的两部分分别是：丰田汽车召回事件，应该召回而不是省钱来保持良好的声誉；新推出的star system项目出现太迟，且其特性之前的车型上已经有了。 红队先轮流做presentation，每人2min。他们运用swot分析，结束后由我们队员根据内容提问，可以追问，持续4分钟。结束后我们轮流做pre，大家都还是有点紧张，口语也不是特别流利，基本每人都木有说满2min。我们结束后，他们提问，同样4分钟。结束后ac环节就结束了，HR 木有追问。 接着大家回到签到的大厅休息15min，提供橙汁曲奇薯片等，大家边吃边聊很欢，时间差不多了就会有人叫人去房间单面（或者打手机），进去前先敲门。HR 问我的问题是，如果老板一定要我今天出报告，同事都回家了，我一个人肯定出不完，该怎么办。我答得很差，HR告诉我，同事6点下班后是可以叫回公司继续加班的，我应该找我的team一起做，因为大家是一个团队，任务完不成都要受影响。有人被问的问题是四大一到四月很忙，夏季会比较闲，如何平衡这种忙季淡季。单面结束后我们四个互相交换了联系方式一起离开的。 |
