Behaviour Interview/ competency interview are widely used in most interview in foreign companies.....Tell your story and rock the interviewer...that's the way I understand the behaviour interviewer..I hate it so much! :74) Cos my personal experiences are limited and I am not good at telling stories to touch the interviewer!:78)
