1， ANZ一面
通知的时候先说是电面，后来又改成on-site的面试。
长安大戏院二座17层。ANZ在北京的办公室，应该是营业处和办公处都在一起。
等待的时候旁边有个员工在给客户办业务，嗷嗷那个英文好的呀，听起来很舒服的，很Pro
的~
被领到大会议室，面无表情的俩面试官简单介绍了1个是hr1个是业务经理。就开始飞速的问
问题：（当然全是英文）
Q:why ANZ？3 reasons?
A:leading bank in australia and newzealand, strength in trade finance, foreign
banks in china,还有啥我忘了，这里犯了一个错误，我没有表现出commitment……
Q:have you applied other companies or other foreign bank, any offer?
A:老实回答。我个人的感觉是，当问到有没有申请其他公司的时候，最后说行业内其他的主
要公司，这样对方会觉得你的目标行业很明确~
Q:career goal..
A:纯粹的faq阿，扯就可以了~
Q:use one sentence to describe yourself

A:终于碰上这种陷阱问题……我狠了狠心说the biggest failure,然后很快解释到maybe
it is the biggest failure now but if you look it over after 10 years, no longer

很快就被问到：then what is your biggest failure……

A:先汗一个。这还是第1次碰上这种问题。（俺说中文的笑话都没人笑，更别说英文的了
=_=）果然，我磕磕巴巴说了一个sorry, sorry too, sorry three, what are you sorry
for的笑话之后，对面的人还是面无表情=_=

基本就是这些，后来我问了问他们业务扩展的问题（=_=）还有programm的问题。结束。
