Positions and Typical Career Path:

The majority of employees join Opera Solutions as Analytics Specialist. They are typically graduated with Master degrees. Exceptional bachelors are also welcome to join as Analytics Specialist.

Analytics Specialists develop into Senior Analytics Specialist after two or more years experience with Opera Solutions.

With time, Senior Analytics Specialist grows into Junior Analytics Manager, who carries responsibilities in technical project executions and team management.

After two or more year’s experience, Junior Analytics Manager will be promoted to Analytics Manager, who is responsible for technical executions of a major project.

With time, Analytics Manager will develop into Senior Analytics Manager and then Vice President.

The most valuable thing I find in OSS so far is the people I’ve been working with. They are all talented, smart and full of entrepreneur spirit. More about me:  I love travelling. Working for Opera Solutions greatly satisfied this particular hobby. During the past one year, I have been to Niagara Falls, Washington D.C, New York, Philadelphia, Charlotte and some places that I haven’t even heard of before during weekends. Team events are marvelous as well. My team once took a cruise to see dolphin and whale in a sunny afternoon, and then enjoyed sunshine in New Jersey’s sea shore.

Since I joined Opera Solutions last July, I participated in a project for one of the largest credit card issuer, and top casino company in U.S. You will be familiar with many different industries and benefit a lot for your future career development.
