三、写作
类似于申论的大作文。给了大约六七页、十几个中文材料，话题是新冠疫苗全球分配不平等，谈到了很多国家的做法。要求写一篇1500字左右的议论文。最近刚好在智库实习，新冠疫苗是智库专家最近非常关注的一个话题，疫情越严重，疫苗的影响力就越大，材料中提到75%的疫苗分配在10个国家中，而近130个国家无一剂可用，长此下去，国际失衡加剧，贫富差距拉大，世界陷入K型发展陷阱。很好发挥的一个话题。

笔试总时长3小时，我作为一个公务员考试经常写不完申论的选手也提前15分钟交卷了，那时考场走了差不多1/3的考生了，时间可以说是比较充足的。

工作人员很多是叔叔阿姨级的前辈，态度很亲切，考试体验很好。
