港交所实习面试面筋2021.02

hello大家我又来写港交所的面筋啦，这次是go beyond internship programme,只给毕业生的实习项目。
笔试：还是熟悉的德勤题库里面的题，跟2019年的一样，轻松通过
vi面试：几个熟悉的问题，我因为在内地用这个网站死活上不去，经常卡，问题重置了很多次，都背熟了。最后用了个香港的vpn才上去。主要的问题有：what interest you about the finance market, how do you facilitate agreement when your team disagreed on an issue? tell us about a time when you achieved sth great at work, when you face a problem that need research what is the outcome(广东话）,a time to improve a process(普通话）
中间又发了几个邮件来问我current state确认毕业时间、现在的工作 notice period等等
最后面试：首先是部门hr和一个业务经理，最后是大经理问。我被分到了post trade&nominee services, 问的问题很多也是业务相关的，自我介绍、career development、strength and weakness、小组合作经历、数据分析能力（感觉会vba或者编程会很吃香）、其他的就是cv based问题了
虽然不一定去 但是整体面试感觉还不错，很诚恳的样子
