Timeline: applied in mid-September, procrastinated a week or two before I submitted VI, heard back in 1 month for a super day. Did the superday several days ago and waiting to hear back.
VI: generally behavioral questions focusing on problem-solving skills and market news.
Superday: 3 btb video interviews. We will get a chance to meet other candidates in the waiting room, so it's pretty fun. Interviewers are chill, with almost no technical questions and mainly behavioral focusing on your problem solving and interpersonal skills. This could vary depending on which desk your interviewer is from, though, but the general focus on a cultural fit might be something consistent within JPM. One interviewer even told me he doesn't care if you can memorize a lot of numbers in the market, all he cares about is your problem-solving process and how you articulate your ideas. But do prepare some trade ideas, even just to make casual conversations. I probably didn't get the offer, since it's been a while. Hope this helps you guys to better prepare for your upcoming superdays!
