做完VI终于来回馈应届生了哈哈哈哈
VI总共5道题，英文回答，每道题1分半时间思考，2分钟时间回答，中间不能休息，上一题做完了自动跳到下一题。（每道大题里嵌着好几个小题，需要在2分钟内一并回答完，所以一定要看好所有小问并控制时间）
我碰到的题目如下：
1. What is your proudest achievement in yourlife so far?
• Please describe the proud achievement.

• What challenges did you encounter and howdid you overcome those challenges?
2. Please share a creative idea / solutionthat you have created or initiated to make a difference.
• What was the creative idea / solution?Please describe the background.

3. Please recall a time when you took aleadership role but the team was not collaborating effectively.
• What was the background? Why as the teamnot cooperating?
• What did you do with the situation?

4. Please share an area that you have beenworking on for your personal improvement / development. Please focus on yourbehavioural improvement / development, instead of technical or professionalknowledge and skills.• How did you identify it as an area fordevelopment?
