论坛上好像没有这个岗位(Equtiy Research Associate Summer Intern)的VI分享，分享给大家，祝大家求职好运。Timeline: 9.25投别的地区的岗位做了OA, 10.27投了这个岗位，当天收到了VI邀请，截止日期11.15，拖到今天才做。题目有点难度，回答得不好，说明日常积累不够吧。

• Why did you apply for internship at Equity Research? Why do you think you are a good fit for Research?
• Please go through the income statement and describe how it is related to the balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Tell me about a current event in the markets. How do you think this will impact institutional investors’ portfolios?
• Please pitch me a stock.
• Tell me about a time that had to explain something complicated to someone who had limited knowledge of the topic. How did you go about doing this? How do you know if the person understood you?
• Describe a major change or adaptation that you have had to make recently. What made the change challenging? How did you feel during the period of change?
