1. Why JP Morgan？ Why Asset Management？
2. The biggest challenge in finance  industry in the five years?
3. How you overcome difficulties in teamwork (具体问题记不得了，大概是这个方向）
4. Feedback from your friends, teamate or manager, what you have learned from this
5. Is there any time that you are teaching someone who does not know anything in this area? (可能是新题，我从来没见过）
