分享一下JSA经验 攒个人品~~ （这是裸奔的我最后的倔强 ）
首先是固定的warm up: greatest strength and how this helps HSBC（recording提交但不计）
Part1 3分钟准备 2分钟recording：
好像是有parental leave， 要你接管她的客户 Chao He, CFO, Innovation Technology Company（China）- Manufacture industry
问你 How to building a successful relationship with your new client?
Part2 7分钟写email
收到一封邮件 之前这个新客户的公司有一个payment referral，flagged
邮件后附有信息payment details 和 payment referral的不同situation ：有可能是anti-money laundering之类的，也有可能是地区问题
叫你给客户写邮件补充材料什么的 不太写得完（没错只有我） 要抓紧
Part3 3分钟准备 2分钟recording：
一小时后CFO的回复无法在本周内提供你要的补充documents 但他们急需这笔payment 否则就有要受影响 有很多loss
要你authorize the payment immediately 甚至还“威胁”你说可能影响到后续跟HSBC的合作（。。。）
问你怎么做
Part4 简单计算题 一共5个
时间不太记得了 反正要抓紧 倒计时是总时长 （我还天真的以为倒计时是每道题的，昨完第一题还觉得自己时间特别多，然而并不是）

总的来说不太难，要自信（但电脑摄像头下真的太丑了），可以电脑网页面试 也可以手机下载HireVue（我练习时网页打不开所以用的手机）用手机HireVue的话记得看一下面试注册邮件后的那串面试代码，只能提交一次，但可以反复录，练完就失效了
网络是个问题，最好找个信号好而且稳定的地方，我在宿舍做的JSA中途断了两次，刷新就好了，重新进入会提示你做了多少还剩多少。
面试之前有20分钟的practice可以反复用，只是提交了就不能回去了（我可能有点傻），正式面试之前也有大概三道warmup那种问题可以反复练习，不过就都是视频题
能准备就还是好好准备吧，不要像我只简单看了看大家的回忆
