Position: Accounting Intern, RTR team, AccountingSSC

Job Description

1.      Support team members to complete Fixed Asset application, capitalization, re-class, transfer, disposal andother tasks in SAP system;

2.      Assist with the Inventoryaccountingprocess by overlooking accruals for tax payment and complete booking files incooperation with other teams;

3.      Maintain related database and file vouchers;

4.      Assist with monthly closing procedure;

5.      Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位描述

1.      支持团队成员完成固定资产申请、转固、重分类、转移、处置及等其他固定资产相关的账务处理，在SAP中维护数据；

2.      协助存货的会计处理，负责监控预付税费入账情况，整理相关文档，协助准备账务文件

3.      维护团队的数据库，归档凭证等文件

4.      协助月结工作

5.      其他领导分配的任务

Qualification / Requirement

1.      Must be a current student seeking anundergraduate or graduate degreeinAccounting, Finance or other related fields;

2.      Fluent oral and written English;

3.      Excellent knowledge with MS office suite,especially Excel and Outlook;

4.      Ability to commit 6 months, 5 days per week tothe internship. We’ll offer leaves to fit your school schedule when necessary,at a time and period suitable to both you and coworkers.

岗位要求

1.      本科或硕士在读学生，会计、金融或其他相关专业；

2.      英语口语和写作流利；

3.      熟悉MS office 软件，尤其是Excel 和Outlook

4.      能保证6个月，每周5天到岗。实习期间，团队愿意根据你的学业和个人需要，协商安排事假。
