刚刚做完jp的vi，（虽然好晚了）但还是来回报一下应届生
申请了apac和emea的summer internship， 两个vi是不同的
emea的在应届生上没有找到所以是临时准备的
emea:
准备0.5min 录制3min
三道题
1. what makes you a good analyst in JP M
2. describe an experience working in a successfull team. what is your role and what challenges you encountered
3. describe a complex problem youve met and how you solve it
APAC:
准备0.5min 录制1.5min
五道题
1. why jp why am
2. the most complex problem&solution 同上
3. one most important leadership/extracurricular activity
4. recent factors influencing market and our clients
5. a recent problem and how to solve it（这个记不太清了 总之和那个complex的很像 但一定要是recent）
