每道题都有大概1或1分半钟看题目和思考，然后回答两分钟，我的题目是：1. what qualities should have to succeed in a global bank?
2. what challenges do you think UBS face?
3. What qualities should a great trader have?
4. discribe one time when you put your own interest at risk to make suggestions to improve something? what is the outcome?
5. when you make a tough dicision without any guildance? what did you do and what was the outcome?
6. what would you do to ensure greatest quality and efficiency? specific things?
7. discribe one time when you had to change your plans at the last minute. what was the outcome and what did you learn?
8. any comments?
有些不是原话不过大概就这么个意思。总之我觉得比我想象的难好多，好多题都有很多小问题问你事情经过，你怎么做的决定，结果怎样，学到了什么，我疙疙瘩瘩的两分钟都不够讲。
