海外研究生背景，面了两轮，一直没有收到最后老大面的通知，想必是挂了

Online Test
会收到自动邮件提醒参加测试，网上的状态反而不是很准，我都在面第二轮了，网上还说在网测。。。
在线测试分为两部分：逻辑和数学，基本上找出大家贴的题目，多练习几套就可以了。
1. 逻辑部分练习的时候主要是找感觉，整理总结一下典型的规律，真正测试的时候不要尝试去找以前的答案，效果并不会很好。
2. 数学部分倒是可以看看几套典型的题目，如果做的题够多，还是会遇到相同的题目的，但也不会超过70%的赶脚。

1st Round
虽然会先收到邮件，要求在一个星期内准备接电话，最后还是没有突然袭击。
会再收到HR的邮件安排面试时间和面试官，一般会在邮件的一周以内安排，大概20分钟一个人

1st Interviewer 一个VP
- Why equity research?
- Any industry preference?
- Do you trade? What's your portfolio and strategy?
- Do you know any valuation model? How to valuate a stock?
- Questions about my experience related to valuation, how to model it
- Q & A

2nd Interviewer 一个 Associate
- Walk through your resume
- Why equity research?
- Can you build model? Example?
- Current market trend regarding different geographic regions
- What do you do in your spare time?
- Q & A

2nd Round
一周之内就会有结果，然后分别收到新的面试官或者他们秘书的邮件安排面试，也是大概20分钟一个人，邮件联系后的2-3天内。

1st Interviewer 整个research 部门二把手
一上来就说竞争很激烈啊，能到这步你应该感到骄傲自豪，然后说了一下下面的流程，大概1周会有结果，然后会面大老板，然后一月初最发offer
- Self-intro
- Why equity research?
- How to make transition to equity research
- Experience in financial modeling?
- Any experience about writing?
- Any class you enjoy most
- Your hobbits

2nd Interviewer 某industry的head
- Self-intro
- Why equity research?
- Any modeling experience? Example
- Any accounting knowledge? FCF, WACC?
- A case study about valuation of two companies
- Whats your plan in 5-10 years?
- Q & A

3rd Round
第二轮两个人会决定谁进入最后一轮，面的应该是整个研究部老大，但是我没有机会面到。后面follow up的时候大概知道有一个面试官推荐了我，应该是另一个没有很看好导致没有进入下一轮。
从面试官口中得知，竞争很激烈，各大名校的商科学生，很多也有投行和咨询公司的经验。
