Phone Interview - Regional Specialist - Global Finance

五分钟前刚刚Phone Interview，英式口音，上来就说schedule 非常紧张不能在最后回答问题，实际上连self-introduciton都省掉了，就问了下需不需要visa。

关于为什么apply这个position：
HSBC 的优势啊；
programme structure；
Why finance, why not internal audit;
career aspiration: s-t vs l-t

Behavioral Questions:
Dependable; Example where you took the lead and got things done
Open: How you worked with other stakeholders like employees, job experiences preferred;
How you connected with stakeholders。
就这么多，从大量应用stakeholder推定此人为欧洲人；

然后就是other questions?虽说开始说了不能回答。。。。
攒人品，复习去了，诸位加油！

你是说Aptitude Test?网申了之后都有的吧。Numerical+Verbal过了之后就是phone interview了很简单的。我在hk读undergraduate，申的也是hk的position。托福我觉得没什么关系吧，不过我两年前考了一次的确是过百了的。

stakeholder 指shareholder，creditor，regulator，employee等等，是个很广泛的词。hsbc其中的一个value就是connected,所以这个问题就是要你举例说明你是如何在过去的intern中体现了这种value的
