本人不在伦敦, 所以没有要求飞过去,改成电话面试.
真没想到Line Manager问的也如此笼统, 很象HR的问题, 因为本来打算这个大头儿会问一些比较技术性的. 唯一比较技术的就是问HSBC的challenges,剩下的基本上都是你的工作行为方面的举例或描述, behavioral questions, 具体做过的工作也会问的比较仔细
1. Why HSBC? Why this department? Why this role?
2. Why do you come to Europe?
2. What challenges HSBC currently face?
3. Time management example
4. Previous role? More specfic? How did you manage your work?
5. How do you see yourself in 3-5 years? Are you willing to reallocate?
然后他让我问他很多问题, 我只问了俩, 他说怎么可能,你一定有很多问题要问我,开问! omg,然后我就又挤出俩三个问题.
之后据说如果成功还要有3,4轮. 即使这轮成功,姐也放弃了....等到花儿都谢了.
