本人报的是global market operations 2013 summer intern
先是做了online test 然后收到邮件说要电面 时间是上网预约的

面试是按英国时间来约的 电话也是英国打来的 很准时 是个讲标准英音的HR面的 HR人很nice 偶尔还会开个小玩笑

问题大概有这些

·       What is the currentnews on the financial market that interests you?

·       What is the trend for the banking industry in the future?

·       What are the values ofHSBC?

·       What are the valuesthat you can bring to operations team?

·       What is the biggestchallenge that you have encountered?

·       How do you understandGlobal Capital Markets Operations?

·       Why do you want to dooperations as your career?

·       Give me an examplethat you proactively approach others and build up a relationship that is not necessaryfor you to do so?

·       What do you see yourselfin five years?

·       Did you or are yougoing to apply for other banks? What positions?

头尾加上各种注意事项和问答 一共面了五十分钟 面完觉得累死了...就记得自己一直都在讲话...
面试到现在快一周了还没消息 只收到了两封meet the requirement的邮件

没做过finance related的intern。。
