我是楼主！
马上就要毕业了，DTT最终与我擦肩而过。
得到了offer，然后带着无限的惋惜毁约了。
泡了N久的寒潭，在某个夜晚被我从收藏夹删除了。
培训部门似乎不知道我与D记没有任何关系了，至今仍在我邮箱里发邮件。
看着那些邮件，我只能说我与D记有缘无分。
为了北京户口，为了所谓的稳定，我选择了一个事业单位。
对不起D记对我这样一个非专业应届生的赏识。

在此，把一楼省略的部分发出来，衷心希望喜欢这家公司的人能最终实现梦想，也希望D记能recruit更多优秀的人才，N年之后还是世界上最牛的firm之一，让我也能很有面子地对别人说，想当初，它还发给我offer了。。。
一个BB Cake company 10年前由Bill Bao 创立 现在有3个president：Bill Bao，Joan Liu和Al Wu（貌似这个名字错了，但是这种细节无关紧要）
工资每个人每年$100，000
公司主要做两种products：small cake 和big cake 后面分别有两种产品的去年的产量各40million, 包装规格，cost，wholesale price，因为没有参与计算，具体数字都忘了
公司的book value 是5 million （这个数字不知道有没有用到）公司貌似还在考虑expansion. i really can't recall the details about that part.
2年前公司成立了一个新的部门 cake crumbs division，这个部门一直在lost money
部门经理是叫什么什么Wang，他的工资是$60，000
in the past, the crumbs were sold to the farmers to feed chickens and hogs as "other income" of the company.
Now, the crumbs can be sold as a kind of cooking ingredient. it's assumed that baking a certain amount ( i forgot the specific number) of big cakes and small cakes can produce a can of crumbs as the by-product. The packaging and distribution cost of every can of crumbs is 50 cents.
Since this division has been losing money, Bill Bao is thinking of whether to shut it down or to figure out a solution to change the current situation. If it is shut down, Wang will work as Bill Bao's assistant with the current salary.
So he came to the consulting service for help.
Your discussion should focus on the following points:
1. provide an overview of the current situation of the company.
2. clarify the open issues.
3. your recommendations to the company.
4. Bill Bao also welcomes some innovative ideas.
最后presentation我们组明显超时了。然后mgr会问几个同学关于case的问题。hr会问关于这次表现的问题，比如你觉得你们组表现怎么样，还能有什么improvement？ |
