小女子来攒一波人品，先奉上问题： 1) Why are you interested in joining BP? Do you have other career plans or goals? 2) What's your plan for the next 3-5 years? What kind of skills and ability do you want to develop and why? 3) What are your strengths and weaknesses in applying for this role? 4) Tell me a time when you've done something that is unnecessary? What is the result? What do you found about yourself? 记不太清了，大概是你是否主动寻求改变。 5) Talk me through a time when you had conflict goals with others? How did you solve it? What was the result?
前面四个问题都准备过所以说得还是挺顺利的，但是到最后一个问题……突然间就磕磕绊绊的没有什么逻辑性，而且眼神没有怎么跟镜头交流，我特么好孩怕呀…… 还有我都是根据论坛小伙伴提供的问题准备的，真正的题目突然多了好多细节问题？？然后我就没管他的细节我直接讲了自己准备的部分 ……… Anyways, let it go for now吧……继续投简历去了……
