承蒙各位大神前人们的经验总结，终于拖到deadline的最后一天把JSA完成了。总体难度不难，一定要提前准备，一周时间完全够（别像我，完全赶着来的....）。以下是我做的英文总结，每个题和内容我都做了相应的调试，我认为和真实的算是比较接近，但也仅供参考，希望能帮到大家！我是每道题都写了hint，特别是video题。但在这儿我把它们都删掉了，主要是考虑到不想局限大家的思维，如果有觉得思路比较难想，需要一起探讨下的，可以在底下留言，留下微信或者什么的，如果有时间，大家可以一起探讨下。

•        Sub-Question 1: New Industry Research Strategy (How to utilize resource and prepare for brief notes)
As the client company, HPP intends to initiate business in online Media Stream Industry and thus you are required to help your manager director do some research and finish the brief notes for the meeting next week, assuming you know nothing about this acquisition and the media industry. How to prepare for the brief notes?
   
•        Sub-Question 2: Multi-Tasks Conflicts and Management (E-mail and Timetable)
      (1) E-mail contains: Four tasks (Current date: Monday) + Time required+ Deadline
        (a) Data Analysis: deadline for tomorrow morning
(Conflict) (b) Attend a meeting (for manager): 1:00PM-3:00PM + Wednesday
        (c) Prepare Slides: Consume half day + deadline for Thursday afternoon
        (d) Adds and Corrections to a report for MD: Consume 4 hours + deadline for Thursday morning
      (2) Timetable: Free time, Tentative and Fixed schedule

•        Sub-Question 1: Reading Comprehension (include Quantitative) (12 min: 5 multiple choice)
Contents:
(1) US media industry condition (Positive Attitudes tends to Invest)
  (a) Market shares of 6 leading companies (pie chart)  
  (b) Number of employees
  (c) Profit
  (d) Revenue
     (2) Explore Entertainment (One target company): Income Statement for 3 yrs
     (3) Two articles related to the media industry: Focus on the attitudes towards investment and law related to negative stuff.
•        Sub-Question 2: M&A Suggestions (E-mail: 10 min)
Manager Lau sent you an e-mail: HPP plans to acquire EE, but still wants to get some professional suggestions from you whether there exists other better target or not. Reply to manager showing your further analyzing conclusion based on the materials in Sub-Question 1.

•        Sub-Question 1: 2 behavior questions (sort)
•        Sub-Question 2: Build Networking (How to build relationship well with new team members if your manager assigns you the further task which will be conducted with other teams?)
