昨天刚做完VI,问题全覆盖,搜过论坛里的一些帖子总结了CCS的VI问题清单文件大家可以下载。
练习题2题,不知道记不记分,因为做完还是会提交的,但不限次数。正式题目一共8个问题,每题准备1分钟,回答2分钟。
应该固定最后一题是 你还有什么要补充的这个问题,这点我倒觉得大家应该好好准备,前面各类问题认真搜贴的人应该都有准备自己的套路,所以这个问题才是最能反映差异的。推荐从你准备的他家的其他问题里挑一两点总结了说,毕竟一来时间成本可以减少,二来也可以确定是ubs想提问的方向。当然各路大牛就不用管这个思路了。
贴下我抽到的问题:
1. What have youlearned about UBS during your application process 2. what are UBSstrengths with respect to CCS 3. Two strengths andone weakness that would apply to work within ccs 4. Describe yourlifestyle/role as an analyst
5_ What career goalyou set for yourself? how do you define success ? 6_ What are thechallenges which are likely to occur with a potential M&A 7_ Think of a timewhen you had to explain something complicated to someone who had limitedknowledge of the topic? How did you go about it? How do you know if the personunderstood you? 8_You now have 2 min to give any comment you may have 大家可以下载了附件对着做,word格式不支持就只能传PDF了,目录导航和CCS的JD都已经在里面了。
另外,针对UBS strength这块,大家记得别再用宝典了,宝典的背景介绍太旧了,都是05年以前的,建议看看最近一两年的财报和新闻去写。还有要搞清楚下组织结构,别把下属子公司的投行优势放到ccs里去。 然后lifestyle这块,推荐去官网career板块看下他们有“People”这个板块,里面有一些人的个人介绍他们的工作情景,挺有参考价值的,没有在投行或者一级实操过的同学们强烈推荐去看下。
