VI面经 - Supply and Trading - 2019 China Commercial Graduate Programme

十一前做完了VI，发现跟以前的面经不大一样！论坛上还没人讨论，就和大家share一下，攒rp！！！

总的来说：题干变得超级长。。。

共四个问题，都是1分钟准备时间，前两个问题录1分钟，后两个2两分钟。题目如下：

• Sorry，我没有记下来全部题干内容，大致是你为什么选择这个行业，跟你兴趣和技能匹配在哪儿，你以往有过其他经验吗，有想过别的work route吗？（对的，就是那么多小问题。。。）
• From what you know, is there anything that particularly interests you about the activities BP is involved in? Why does this interest you? How does this link to the area you have applied for?
• Tell me about a time you identified a personal development need. How did you identify this need? Why did you feel this needed to be address? What action did you take? Did you seek advice from other people or resources? What impact did this have? How have you applied your learning from this experience?
• Give me an example of when you have had to work closely with others to achieve a goal. What was the goal and who else was involved? How did you share the workload? What difficulties did you encounter in terms of how the team worked together? How did you react to these difficulties? Overall, what was the outcome? How did you approach to team working change as a result of this experience (if at all)?
