申的是巴克莱英国FLDP的Marketing Analytics
电面过程如下
面试的人并没有很友好，也没有很interested in what you have to say，就只是问然后记下你说的。
lz准备的过程就是用了seemore bemore登陆的telephone interview tips文件，但最有用的还是bbs和wiki-jobs。
准备的近20题基本都问到了，with a few extra surprises。

First about Barclays and the FLDP: (~20mins)
1. What do you know about Retail and Commercial Banking?
2. Recent changes in Barclays?
3. What is Marketing Analytics?
4. Why are you suited for Marketing Analytics?
5. What do you know about the FDLP?
6. Why are you suited for the FDLP?
7. Where does the FDLP fit in your career path?

Then competency questions: (~25mins) (details of requirements of these can all be found on the Barclays see-more, be-more website)
1. INSPIRE: Describe a time where you overcame a challenge
    a) What was the task?
    b) What did you achieve?
    c) If you had to do it again, what improvements would you make?
2. PERSPECTIVE: ········································· complex problem
3. COLLABORATE:·························· worked collaborately in a team
    a) How did you maintain relationships with the team members?
    b) Were there any difficult people in the team/resistances within team members?
    c) How did you handle and resolve the difficult people/resistances?
    d) How did you change your style to work in a team?
    e) How did you insipire/motivate each other?

哦对了，讲述事件的时候lz发现STAR（situation,task,action,result)在电面时不怎么有用，面试官没时间听那么多，会不耐烦而直接问她想知道的。
