这封邮件什么意思？

一直没有收到过任何消息 当然是加入了默拒大部队了 今天打开邮箱看到有PG的邮件 以为据信来到了 心里还挺高兴的 不过。。。
邮件如下：
Dear 杜,

Please use your username information below when accessing pg_com/careers:


Username: ******
email address: [email=chen_du@foxmail_com]*****[/email]
In order to reset your password please click here and follow the steps listed below:

1. Click on the Returning User box in the top right hand corner of the screen.

2. Enter in the user name we have provided above and then click on the "Forgot Password" option.

3. Enter in the email address we have provided above and click "OK."

4. Your new password will be sent to the email address provided.


**Note:  If you no longer access the email address under which your P&G account was created, email [email=careers_im@pg_com]careers_im@pg_com[/email] and provide us with your updated email address.**

几天前我因为登录时密码尝试几次不行，账号被锁了，根据提示发了相关信息过去。后来想起了密码，可以顺利的登录。
现在这个时候还发个这样的邮件给我。。。。。。。

当然不是要翻译 只是想知道为什么现在收到这样的邮件 难道我之前账号一直是被锁的吗？
