1. Your greatest strenghth and how this could support your work at HSBC.
二：情景题（含video, written recommendation, 5 MCQs, email）
Context (转自其他好心人）: “故事是一个commercial banking的客户Sarah Balashov把她的recruitment consultancy公司卖了，拿了10m 英镑现在退休。她从CMB转到PB来向你寻求帮助，她的要求有四个：1. 给自己买个靓车庆祝退休；2_low-risk, 因为她想要把自己的财产留给孩子继承；3. high-return（20% annual return）， 因为她现在的所有收入都将来自investment。4. 她有个mortgage，如果annual income小于五十万英镑就会触发alteration。”
1. Video: How would you build relationship with Sarah?
2. Written recommendation:（读同事给的产品推荐邮件）What would you recommend Sarah to invest her money?
3. MCQs: 金融题，筛选好信息就行。
4. Email: Sarah is not satisfied with your recommendation, how would you reply & what other information you would ask for?
三：关于Sarah的情景题：两道1-5排序，一道视频题（Sarah不确定要不要告诉她的Mortgage Manager关于她的新情况，你的建议？）
