自己的目标是医药行业和快消,之前错过了像宝洁这样的快消企业,现在在所有的医药企业都招聘完了,我才慢慢地将重心转移过来。现在的目标是不放弃任何大型企业。自然妮维雅也不放过。

ⅰ.Sales suit my expectations, and I am suitable to be a salesman.
ⅱ.I wish to get a pay based on my performance: better result better pay.
ⅲ.I hope I will be going out, meeting people instead of sitting in the office, as I’m a very outgoing person.

Tell me about a time when you developed new ways to accomplish a difficult objective or goal. How did you do this? Please don't forget to tell us the accomplishments and results when describing the event

I developed a “Personal Evaluation-mail” to get the classmates getting closer.

At that time some of the classmates had some misunderstanding with others. And they were cold with each other. And what is more, two of the classmates quarreled and fought as enemies with their roommates, who wanted to move out of their dorm.

I did it in these way:
ⅰ. It was hard to get them to have face to face communicating, but it could work by mail.
ⅱ.I built up two boxes each in the man’s dormitories and the female’s. One is filled with 49 envelopes with the receiver is every classmate in our class, the other is a mailbox.
ⅲ.If you had something to communicate with anyone, you can pick up his/her envelop, write the things down and drop it in the mailbox.
ⅳ.We sent the mail directly everyday to let the classmates know each other better, and to dispel misunderstanding.
4. The accomplishments:
At the end enemies became close friends. And the work frequency of sending the mail dropped from everyday to once a week and to once a month and disappeared at the end, because there is no need.
Describe a situation in which you were able to positively influence others in a desired direction. How did you go about convincing them? Who did you involve? What was the outcome? What would you do differently in the future?
1.I organized a group of four to sell as many as 100 English dictionaries to the freshmen and contacted the chairman of the Student’s Union to convinced him to allow us to sell in the name of the union.

ⅰ.I bought 120 English dictionaries at the beginning but I only sold 18 dictionaries at the first day. So I had to organize a group to sell in different places and different ways to increase the sales.
ⅱ.As the members of the group are my classmates and I promised to equalize the interests. So they sold hardly and eagerly to sell the dictionaries out.
ⅲ. We offer 20% of our interest for the union’s coming party for welcoming the freshmen. The chairman accepted our plan smoothly.
3.I involved three classmates(two females) and the chairman.
4. 80% of the freshmen we talked to bought our dictionaries. We sold out the dictionaries easily and quickly.

再说说妮维雅的笔试:
笔试是在暨大举行的。哇!第一次看到这么彻底的笔试。全部应该差不多有10000人申请,只叫了225个人参加笔试。是我感觉最负责任的企业了。其他企业都喜欢海笔,不是有去参加宣讲会的都可以参加笔试,就是找来2000-3000个,包下整个教学楼,浩浩荡荡地比(箭牌,强生,辉瑞,网易都是这样子)。第一次笔试有被尊重的感觉。。呵呵。。
笔试如所有笔经一样是全英文的。不过这次好像有点特别的就是考正式题目之前有45分钟的销售行为测试,这些都靠我平时看一些销售相关的书籍,照着书里讲的技巧选择选项的。时间真的太充裕了。给我做的话,我可能可以在45分钟里面做两份。哈哈。。。最后听说这份卷子是要送到美国去批阅的!晕。。
接下去就是真正的测试题目了。全英文,首先第一部分是30多道全英文的行测题,只给10分钟。晕死。看中文都做不完啦。就别说一大堆鬼文。所以我的策略是:看到题干长的就随便选,题干少的就乱作。最好10分钟做下来都可以完成20多道。剩下的就随便填了。鬼知道啊。至少我都可以保证我会的题目都做对的。所有人都在同样的情况下。感觉我做得应该比其他人好。
剩下的是15道的综合题。什么内容大概也忘得差不多了。反而这几道题可以有30分钟的时间!再晕!!慢慢做。
总的感觉是:还可以,应该发挥正常。应该可以收到面试通知!等待ing……
电面:
之后就开始有人在论坛上说,半途杀出了一个电面!!很多人都收到了,而我没有收到,感觉是被BS,超级不心甘!
幸好再给一个惺惺相惜的朋友聊天的时候,说他收到电面告知的邮件,我也去查了一下邮件。还真的我也有!!高兴。第二天8:30~11:30电面!
第二天起了个早,早早的来到一个安静又可以看书,还可以随便讲电话的地方边看书边等电话!
等啊,等啊!!等到12点都还是没来电。看来得下午了!忽然下起了大雨,自己被困在那个地方,肚子饿得很!还好女朋友这两天在学校,冒雨给我送饭,还陪我玩了一会我发明的一个游戏!
最后2点都还是没等到。叫女朋友回去,自己再等等。好困啊!
就坐在一个屋檐下睡起觉来!不料睡着睡着有一个清洁工阿姨走过。不好意思就走人了。
去图书馆睡觉算了。在一张沙发睡得还挺舒服的。就是中间给短信吵醒了4次。最后一次吵醒又要重新进入梦乡时,021开头的电话终于打来了。大佬啊!我可是等了你足足8个钟啊。时间现在是:下午3:30分。
哎。问的问题挺简单的就是照着简历问题问了一下,然后就是要突出自己有激励别人的经验。本来对我来说应该是挺简单的,不过不知道是不是睡得昏沉,很多神经都还没打开,搞得我回答的时候来是展不开思路,回到的时候也是老是会卡住!感觉超不爽。在他们想挂我电话的时候(听得不耐烦了),我拼命抓住想说一点主要的东西,谁知道又给我丢了几个问题。搞得我同样也是回答得不好!郁闷死了!睡觉让我错失了妮维雅真正的面试!!我敢说真的是睡觉的问题。不知道大家有没有睡完觉头脑没能清醒那种感觉!超级无敌大郁闷!心里暗自安慰都还是没用。很多人都收到第二天的面试通知了!
无奈,进行找工以来第二次霸面。敢在第一场开始之前赶到暨大(又牺牲了两个多钟是睡眠时间)。但51job的人就是不给霸。又一次霸面失败。上午失败了,下午本来想去中山医挺齐鲁制药的宣讲会,没想到让企业放了飞机,哎。今天的运气应该就这样了。没有听成宣讲会,回到暨大继续霸面。同样失败!!哎……霸面两次失败率100%,大家以后要去霸面可不要受我的影响,去了至少还可能有机会,但没去就绝对没有机会了!
(再说说其他人一面的情况吧:每人1个钟头的准备,然后做10分钟的present,回答面试官5分钟的问题。好像分上午下午两个题目:上午是新店选址,下午好像是新产品上市吧!)
现在上面提到的那个朋友可能已经飞到上海面完终面了。Bless him。。。。本来我投妮维雅最大的目的就是想免费飞去上海玩玩。。。幸好朋友有去,所以有点安慰……
