也不知为啥，论坛里Blackstone/Blackrock 都没有自己的板块
最近在论坛看了好多大家的经验，所以今天刚做完vi就来回馈社会
Blackstone 2022 Full-time Analyst
做完pymetrics小游戏测试后第2天就发我vi邀请了，要求48h内完成。
我实在是找不到资料，最后准备了些常见问题，直接冲。每道题有3分钟准备时间，录1分钟的视频，一共5道题
（原题目不是这样，但大概意思我都复述出来了）
1. Please tell us why we should consider youfor an opportunity with Blackstone?
2. Talk about a transaction Blackrock made recently that youheard about.
3. Talk about your personal development area that you areworking on recently.
4. Talk about what activity that you are passionate about and why.
5. How do you prioritize and complete your priorities and howto deal with the ddls.
我录第二题的时候网络出问题，先是不能submit，后面re-record的时候显示microphone not working，submit完也不知道自己第二题录上没，正在发邮件给pymetrics……
