我是一共有7道题目，题目记的不是太清了，反正和论坛里的大部分不一样。只记得这两道：- Tell me about a time you identified a personal development need. How did you identify this need? Why did you feel this needed to be address? What action did you take? Did you seek advice from other people or resources? What impact did this have? How have you applied your learning from this experience?
- Give me an example of when you have had to work closely with others to achieve a goal. What was the goal and who else was involved? How did you share the workload? What difficulties did you encounter in terms of how the team worked together? How did you react to these difficulties? Overall, what was the outcome? How did you approach to team working change as a result of this experience (if at all)?
