申请了两个职位：先申请Corporate Center Beijing, 做在线笔试， 十几道题关于图表的题，有时间限制。提交后很快邮件提醒通没通过，然后可以做online interview了然后提交的Corporate Client Solutions Beijing，不需要再做OT了，直接online interview。但是两个不同的录制视频。每次都是一分钟看题准备，2分钟录制。一共八道题。
申请的比较晚，邮件上说10.20号前完成就行，但是UBS每个3、4天就来封邮件提醒该做题啦，我们岗位空位很紧张之类的。LZ平时太忙了，吓得赶紧找了一个周末把两个面试都完成了。论坛帮助很大，回馈给大家~

3. Tell me about a time when you received difficult feedback. What was the situation and what did you do about it? 4. Tell me about a time that had to explain something complicated to someone who had limited knowledge of the topic. How did you go about doing this? How do you know if the person understood you? 5. Tell me about a time that you worked especially hard. What aspect of the situation motivated you to work hard? What elements of the situation did you find de-motivating? How do you think this story will evolve now and why do you think this? 7. Why do you think you are a good fit to this area? 8. You now have 2 minutes to add any further comments you may have.
CCS题目： 1_UBS's strength with CCS 2. What do you learn about UBS during application process 3. Describe your lifestyle/role as an analyst/intern 4. Main role of this career 5. Challenges with M&A 6. Your 2 strengths + 1 weakness 7. describe a time explaining a complex concept to the colleague
