应版上同学们的要求,谈谈我拿到北京宝洁OFFER的经历: 本人清华本科毕业,放弃了推研,申请出国失败,毕业后在北京某学校教书一段时间, 9月份申请宝洁非 应届职位CBD(客户商业发展部)部门的keyaccountmanager 10.13笔试,一共两轮,具体细节不说了,精华区里面有,可能有的同学不知道TOEIC是 啥,之前我也不知 道,只是考试前一天从新东方的书店里抓了两本托业的书看看,很像托福,但是有些题 型以及考察点不一 样,最好大家提前看看,知己知彼 考完笔试之后,让等通知,结果回来就收到了宝洁的一份问卷,问了三个问题,让于某 某日中午前发回去 ,本来以为回答问题会决定面试与否,结果还没等发回去,宝洁就打电话通知面试去了
10.17第一轮面试,对方是一个JJ,估计是HR得人,开始用英文介绍一下自己,然后就是 中文了,主要问 的问题还是那份问卷上的三个,再有就是有没有一个例子,你给自己设置了一个目标, 比自己能力能达到 的稍微高出一些,但是最后搞定了?其他的没有啥,我说的时候JJ狂记,后来才知道, 那是为了再次问道 看你说得跟上次一样不一样,防止杜撰,再有JJ一再要求能不能不用我发给他的那三个 问题的回答,再给 出一些例子,估计她是怕我这三个例子是找别人编的,最后结束,让我问个问题,这是 惯例,必须要问, 我问:“PG和联合利华比优势在哪?”她说:“你觉得那?”我...ft!没有直接回答, 心里想,我不知 道才问你呀,说:“从产品上看,PG的系发水品种很多,但是牙膏特别少,而联合礼华 牙膏种类就多”结 果JJ话匣子打开了“这是历史原因....”后来又谈到了PG的以人为本,JJ觉得很多公司 都在COPY这点,但 是真正能作到的只有PG,我表示赞同。结束的时候,JJ说,星期一之前我们会通知你面 试(顿了一下)结 果 漫长的等待星期一之前我并没有接到电话,看来完了,结果周一早上来了电话,通知我 面试,final了, 哼哼 10.21下午,两个ROOM同时面试,面试官是三个人,一个JJ估计还是HR得人,另外两个G G是CBD的MANAGER ,都很nice,基本过程跟前一次面试几乎一摸一样,还是就那些问题问,也是中文的, 再有就是针对我简 历上的一些经历随便问问,结束的时候每个人都跟我握手,感觉就像诀别,呵呵,很多 人纳闷为什么宝洁 没有英文面试,其实这种理念是对的,宝洁要找得是最合适得人,有些能力不需要,人 家不需要最牛的, 而是合适的,这点特别重要,所以面试前只需要好好想想那些问题,没必要特别多的准 备,坦然的聊聊就 行了,宝洁的人从头到尾给我感觉都很NICE,与其说是面试,不如说是聊天,之所以用 中文就是不希望英 文影响谈话的内容。呵呵没机会展示我暴烂的口语~~~ 总的感觉,实话实说,平常心面对,其实面试只是大家见个面看看是不是适合对方,互 相检验一下,成了 就成了,不成也只能说明不是一路,不匹配。 肯定有些同学想看看我那三道题的feedback,贴出来大家随便看看: PleaseanswerthefollowingquestionsinEnglishwithin1hourtoprovideus concise examplesfromyourexperiencethatwillhelpusbetterunderstandyourcapab ilities.(Please notethatthisisnotatesttoassessyourEnglishwritingskills.)
