Early Hires Bring Energy, Excellence and Ultimately Leadership to ZS.

Andy and Prabha hired two students from Andy’s class in 1983,
both completing their MBAs at Kellogg. Dan Peterson joined as
employee number four to help drive the firm’s sizing practice,
and Sally Lorimer joined to drive the alignment practice.
Both displayed an amazing ability to work independently and
drive organic business growth, and later became early principals
in the firm. Dan has remained a constant positive force in the
firm, and Sally ultimately became an important partner
and co-author of Andy and Prabha’s series of books, including
their upcoming book.

 

From an early stage, ZS sought out bright, hard-working young
people, and gave them opportunities to learn, grow and lead.
