申请时间:八月中后提交申请,在申请截止几天后收到hirevue,三天内(72hrs)提交。感觉GS就是behavioral题很长长长长长,当然也能帮我们理顺做题思路。类型就是ethics, teamworking, multitasking, and workplace EQ (not sure if this is a separate category),好像一贯如此。tech的话需要对business有基本的了解和兴趣。虽然不同轮次发出的Hirevue behavioral qs 题目好像不一样,但是不同轮次同division的tech应该一样,可能对大家有点帮助!
Hirevue题目:5 behavioral questions (2.2 mins each) and 1 divisional specific question (2 mins each) for each division you applied to (though they may not consider you for all roles).
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. What would you do if you find a student cheating during an exam? You know that he has been struggling with this course. How will he respond to your actions?
3. Your team is working on a tight schedule to finish a project and now a new member will join you tomorrow, and he knows nothing about the context of this project. How would you integrate him/her to the team and balance the tight schedule? How would you get your teammates to integrate him into this team?
4. A professor is sending student emails asking if anyone wants to participate in his research project. You think it's exciting but the professor has a reputation of being demanding. What would you do? What information do you need before you make the decision? What are potential obstacles you think will come along if you go into the project? What specific steps will you take to manage your workload and undertake this project?
5. You have a major deadline coming tomorrow but an important piece of information is missing. Your manager has it but he is not responding to your email as he got off work today. What would you do? What is your thought process and how would you evaluate the risks?
6. (Research) What does GIR do? Discuss a stock or macro trend.
7. (GM) Discuss a market area or asset class you learnt in the past 6 months.
