嗨，剛剛交了簡歷馬上收到Global Research HK寄來的VI, 在這邊準備的時候就順手把VI和一些Phone Interview的題目整理一下。另外希望如果有也在準備VI或面試的同學可以加微信一起準備:)
Video Interview Questions:
- Self Introduction and Why BAML:
- Key Accomplishments that best illustrates initiative and willingness to push beyond what is required:
- Current Major Event, How would this impact the Market and Business Field You Applied For:
- A situation which required you to make a difficult decision based upon little information or data. What approach did you take on this situation? How did that approach help you achieve your goals?
- A situation which required you to quickly learn something:
- Describe a time when you actively attempted to develop a strong relationship with a teammate, manager or customer/client:
- A time when you worked with others to achieve a common objective:
- A time that you have to persuade people to accept your point:
- Tell me about a time you have had to juggle, multiple high-pressure tasks. What strategies did you employ to successfully complete all, and what did you learn from this?
- Tell us about a time when you were given a project or task but did not receive clear instructions. How did you approach this situation?
- Tell us about a time when you were given a project or task and you are the subject matter expertise to make sure everyone was able to understand what you were conveying. How did you approach this situation?
- A true team player and lead a team to success:
- Teams are often made up of people with perspectives and ideas different from yours. Tell us about a time when you worked on such a team? How did the differing perspectives lead to team success?

- Technology Innovation - How do you keep up with these innovations and share us one thing you know recently. (recent stuff related to financial market)
- Difference between Equity Research and Credit Research
Phone Interview Questions:
- What experience do you have that makes you a good research analyst?
- How do you keep yourself updated on the financial market? Tell me two financial issues that you have been following.
- Have you ever worked in a team where the team was failing? How did you deal with it?
- Have you ever worked in a team? What was the goal? What was the accomplishment? What was your role in the teamwork experience?
- Have you ever given a presentation in front of a large number of people? How would you handle the presentation?
- Have you ever dealt with conflicting numbers? If in your analysis there are conflicting numbers what would you do?
