今天上午刚刚做完vi, 题目都是论坛里提到过的，感谢之前大家的分享。我申请了两个职位，CCS碰到的题目是：1. what have you learned about UBS during your application process；2. what are UBS strengths with respect to CCS；3. what are the challenges which are likely to occur with a potential M&A；4. please describe what you believe your role and lifestyle will be as an analyst；5. two strengths and one weakness that would apply to work within ccs；6. what career goal you set for yourself? how do you define success；7. describe a time explaining a complex concept to the colleague；8. Any further comments. Security sales 的题目是:
1.What qualities do you think you would need to have and which have you acquired at university to build a successful career within a Global Bank? 2.Pitch me a stock. Why did you choose this stock? What makes it a good buy/sell/hold? 3.What do you think are the challenges faced by Investment Bank? 4. Tell me about a time when you felt you took a personal risk by challenging the way things were done and how did you challenge? Have you seen changes made based on your feedback? 5. Give me an example of when you had to work without any guidance. What kinds of decisions did you have to make? How did you cope? What feedback did you receive? 6.Describe a time when something happened that meant you had to change a plan at the last minute. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome? What did you learn from this? 7.How do you make sure you always deliver the highest quality and efficiency in what you do? Give me an example. 8. Any further comments
