FSO的VI问题

我的第二志愿是FSO，9.28收到VI邀请，一直拖到10.2才完成，问题和论坛上之前的问题都相同，因为提前准备过，所以总体来说比较简单吧。
五个问题，准备30秒，回答3分钟，我的经验是3分钟正常语速能说250+词，但是也不用说够三分钟，我基本上都说了两分钟多。
1. Introduce yourself and why would you like to work with us?
2. Describe a time that you push your job over requirements.
3. Describe a time that you are a true team member and lead the team to success.
4. A difficult decision you have made recently.
5. Describe a time that you are not given clear instructions.

这个面试系统还挺不错的，可以提前练习，练习好了语速语调之类的再面就可以。中间网断了一次，返回页面也还可以继续答题。昨天刚收到联合利华的视频面试邮件，好像两家公司用的一个面试系统。
