JPM 2016 HK Operations AC面经 （offer accepted）

找实习在应届生各个公司板块刷屏好几次，真的觉得之前小伙伴分享的面试经验帮助很大，特别是AC面的面经。附上我们学校收回去的questionaire， 希望能做个参考。

AC之前的几轮不多赘述，每年大致都一样。
AC面流程
GROUP Discussion---Group presentation---Q&A----two rounds of manager interviews.

The first round is case study Group interview. Then it is the group presentation, two rounds of Managers interviews. This time our case is the same with the previous year's, which is updating the operations systems. Choose two departments' system to update out of three. We were given 30 minutes to read the case, 40 minutes to discuss with other 5 group members. After the discussion, We need to present our results to the 6 managers and 2 HR sitting behind us. The case book is full of the introduction of these these three departments, Risk Control, Client Service and Trade Capture (Technology) The purpose is to select the best two that can bring the highest ROI, which needs to calculate on the spot, can fit into the needs of expanding business into the emerging markets. We also need to analyze the impact to the other departments and the risk and benefits.

2 rounds of managers interviews. Questions are all behavioral questions

Standard: Why JPM/ Why Operations/Why You not the other candidates /How did you do to prepare the interview

CV related questions experiences not many actually, just 1 or 2

behavioral questions

1, tell me ways to quickly introduce yourself to colleagues from other departments

2, tell me something you were unable to finish or accomplish

Situational questions

1, when you and your colleagues are very busy doing current works, there is an incoming call from other department with a request, how will you decide whether you will prioritize on dealing with this request?

2, when your hands are full of works, your boss comes to you and will give you another one, how will you decide if you will do by yourself or ask your co-works to help you

我的感受

AC面最后得到offer 的小伙伴都是在面试中比较积极讲话多的，所以不要怕显得aggressive, 当然不能过于抢话，Q&A时如果boss 问很难的问题千万不要太慌张至于不能回答，即使没想好也要先给出一点自己的意见。

尽量structure the answer, 一个有条理，清晰的答案，会在这种有些混乱紧张的时候特别容易脱颖而出。
