我申请的是Barclays RBB London Office的FLDP in general，没有具体部门的。是个2年的Program，有4个rotations
面试题跟事先在应届生论坛还有wikijobs forum查的差不多，稍有不同
建议是：准备讲稿，语速放慢一点，强调关键词，这样他来得及记

Motivational
1. What do you know about the financial industry?
2. Why Barclays/ Why this program?
3. What's you career goal?
4. What is your top strength?
5. What type of work do you like the most and the least?
6. What's your ideal working environment?
7. What's your ideal manager? (5和6是两个问题，我回答5的时候就包含了6，结果他又问了，所以只好又加了几点)

Behavioural
1. Describe a time when you work with a team and achieve a common goal?
- STAR
- How did you get along with others?
- Is there anyone difficult to handle?
- Is there any other challenges you have overcome in this project? (这个我之前已经讲了一个resolve conflict之后，他又问我的)
- What do you enjoy the most?
2. Describe an experience when you helped someone, did extra work purely for others?
- STAR
- What do you enjoy the most?
3. Describe a time when you overcame a challenge or completed a task under tight deadlines?
- STAR
- How did you handle the pressure?
- What do you enjoy the most?

最后我问了他几个问题，他说这些都不在考核范围，因此我认为可以算是印象分，用来活跃气氛
1. How would you descibe the culture at Barclays?
2. What did you study in college? 他竟然学的是English Grammar, 于是又稍微讨论了一点second language的问题
3. Could you give me some feedback on my performance today?
