在你注册开始申请过程时，首先会有两页IMI的企业介绍，你可以看一下，也可以直接next。然后就开始填写申请资料了，包括个人信息，家庭信息已经教育、工作经历的，没有实习、培训经历的，在你选择no后系统便会直接给你掠过这个版块，开始下一项。虽然要求填写的信息都很基本，但他们的open questions还是有点让人费脑子的。这里大家可以先熟悉下： Please answer below questions in a most concise way with no language limitation, either Chinese or English.
1. Further to China Stimulation Plan (4万亿经济刺激计划), on your view, how would you evaluate its implementation up to now? Any suggestion you would like to provide to it?
2. Describe a situation in which you had a conflict with your peers. How did you address it and what was the result?
3. Where is your limitation you feel? What kind of thing could impact your limitation?
4. What’s your career plan? What are your advantages and disadvantages relating to this career goal? Why and how could you deliver the results in the future?
5. If you fail in the process of IMI China Leadership Program assessment, whether you would consider any other working opportunities in IMI China? If so, what role do you expect to undertake within IMI China? What’s your expecting salary range?
